We run regular swim training sessions throughout the year, outdoors in the Sandford Parks Lido during the summer and indoors at Cheltenham Recreation Centre in the winter.
Sessions are run by coaches - Summer sessions concentrate on speed and endurance building, and winter sessions focus on technique.
Throughout the winter season the club meets at the Prince of Wales Stadium on a Wednesday evening (7-8pm) for a track session. Coaching is provided, and the sessions are suitable for all abilities.
In the summer we have coached sessions every Monday evening at various parks around the town - This is an initiative the regular track coaches started to keep run fitness up during the race season, and to improve running techniques. These have proved to be very popular with members and their families
These take place most Sunday mornings and range from sportive style rides to hill training and endurance sessions.
Additionally many club members compete in a number of cycling events like the time trials organised by Cheltenham and County Cycling Club, and every year we organise trips to the Newport Velodrome
